As you can tell, I'm passionate about making the world a brighter, happier place. That's why I wrote The Daily Happiness Playbook. I wanted to find a way to gamify the experience of seeking and accessing greater levels of happiness in life. Because contrary to popular belief, allowing yourself to be happier doesn't require some radical life transformation or grandiose external achievement. All it requires is an open mind and consistent effort.
